Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited: Haryana government has launched the HKRN scheme to digitize the recruitment process for government jobs in Haryana through outsourcing. Through HKRN scheme, a portal has been approved by the government which allows all the job aspirants of younger age to fill their applications online.

The government has established Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited or HKRN in short. The HKRN portal will operate under the administrative control of the Department of Skill Development & Industrial Training, Haryana.

Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam aims to provide more benefits to the employees serving on outsourcing/contract basis in various departments. HKRN scheme is the new avatar of the old DC Rate Recruitment system. If you have applied for a job through HKRN then check whether the department has accepted your application or not. What is Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN)?

HKRN came into existence with a well-defined mandate: to provide a fast and efficient mechanism for the recruitment of contractual employees in Haryana. Despite regular government appointments, HKRN caters exclusively to temporary posts that are usually required to continue functional work from government bodies including universities, boards and other state agencies.

Objectives of HKRN

The basic philosophy of HKRN is to fill the vacant posts without any delay and provide jobs to the youth of Haryana reliably. HKRN corporation acts as an interface between the job aspirants and the government without seeking regular posts on contract basis. HKRN method saves a lot of time and reduces the administrative work associated with the normal recruitment process.

How To Register On HKRN

Go to HKRN official website
After that, click Job Advertisements in the Menu Bar.
Check your eligibility for the post and click the apply link given in front of the post.
A candidate willing to apply for the HKRN should have Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra/ Family ID.
Enter the Family ID, click on the Display Members button, select the member name and click on the Get OTP button.
In the given box, enter the OTP that you have received on the registered mobile number, click the button Verify OTP, then click the login button.
Here, you get all the personal details, communication details, and other details fetched from family ID.
Click the Next button if all the information is correct. You can update the information via the Family ID Portal.
Here, you have to mention educational qualifications, Skills, HSSC CET Qualified/Non Qualified Status, etc.
Then, click on the Next Page and Select your social economic criteria.
Click the Next button and fill in information related to your Government and Personal Experience.
Tne click on the checkbox “I have carefully read and understand the conditions at 1-4 above” Then click on the “Make Payment” button and pay the application fees of Rs. 236/- in online mode.
The job of choice can be selected after the payment, for which one can submit the HKRN Application Form accordingly.

• First, you need to visit the official website of Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam at hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in.
• Once on the homepage, click the “Candidate Login” option.
• Enter your mobile number and click the “Send OTP” button.
• After entering the OTP,
• Enter your registration number and other details in the specific fields, and click the login button.
• Click on the desired job, and the system will show your application status against that job.
